The situation

A retail field sales and merchandising services company, with reps visiting stores across US states and Canadian provinces, wanted a suite of 15 AI tools. Three were due for a January 1 launch: a pre visit briefing, an in store assistant and a way to turn a rep's post visit voice note into something a client could read. All inputs were manual files. No APIs.

What I built

A mobile first app, multi tenant by client program, with an upload center and a knowledge base behind every answer. Reps get an attack plan before the visit and an assistant in the store that cites its sources. After the visit, a voice note becomes a transcript, extracted insights and a reviewed client report. Roles for reps, managers and clients, a demo program for the pitch and a pilot kit for real data.

What changed

The client saw a working product on day six instead of a proposal. The conversation moved from "could you build this" to "when do we start". Published at Beta with a pilot kit ready for the client's own data.
